PMI Mystic is led by a locally based team with deep roots in Southeastern Connecticut. As a locally owned PMI franchise, we combine hands-on leadership with the systems and standards of the national Property Management Inc. brand.
Our team works directly with owners, tenants, and local vendors to deliver clear communication, consistent service, and professional oversight. Living and working in the communities we serve allows us to manage properties with accountability, local insight, and a long-term perspective.
Evan LeBras is the Managing Member of PMI Mystic and a lifelong resident of the Mystic–Stonington area. Having lived and worked in Southeastern Connecticut his entire life, Evan brings strong local knowledge and long-standing community relationships to his work with property owners.
PMI Mystic was founded to provide clear, reliable, and professional property management for local investors and homeowners. By combining the systems and resources of the Property Management Inc. brand with hands-on local oversight, Evan focuses on protecting asset value, maintaining well-run properties, and delivering consistent, transparent service.
Evan believes in operating with integrity, efficiency, and accountability, and in supporting the communities where his clients’ properties are located. His approach to property management is practical, straightforward, and built for long-term relationships.
Serena Metivier is a longtime resident of Southeastern Connecticut with deep ties to the local community. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, combined with years of living and working locally, gives her a strong appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make SE Connecticut home.
Serena has been actively involved in numerous charitable and community-focused efforts throughout the region, consistently giving her time and support to causes that strengthen local families and organizations. Her commitment to service reflects a genuine belief in giving back and staying connected to the community she serves.
As a managing member, Serena plays an integral role in supporting operations, maintaining service quality, and upholding the company’s values. Her people-first approach, attention to detail, and dedication to ethical service make her a trusted presence for clients and partners alike.
Jason Archer, MBA is the President and Designated Broker of Experience Property Group Inc. A U.S. Air Force veteran with an MBA in Operations Management, he combines over a decade of property management experience with Fortune 500 leadership to deliver trusted, results-driven real estate services across Connecticut.
