Evictions can be stressful, complicated, and time-consuming. Our Eviction Support Guarantee means we will remain actively involved, help maintain the necessary documentation, coordinate with the attorney and other professionals, and guide the process forward.

How the Eviction Support Guarantee Works:

• PMI Mystic coordinates the eviction process for properties under active management.
• We work with the appropriate attorney and other required professionals.
• We maintain available property and resident documentation needed to support the process.
• We keep the Owner informed as the eviction progresses.
• After possession is returned, we coordinate the property turnover and re-rental process.
• The Owner remains responsible for attorney fees, court costs, enforcement expenses, and other third-party charges unless eligible for reimbursement through a separate protection program.
